Paint The Town was a free Doorstep Theatre show performed across Bristol in April and May 2021.
Piotr Voncrieff, artist extraordinaire, went on a search for the G(a)OAT - The Greatest Artist Of All Time. Along the way, he met so many amazing artists that he realised... there is not just one Greatest Artist Of All Time... we are ALL the G(a)OAT!
As you can imagine, Piotr was over the moon with the wonderful spirit of generosity from the people of Bristol. He visited front porches, back gardens, garages, driveways, and everything in between - and everywhere he went, he was inspired by the warm welcome he received. Thank you all so much!
Lots of people went on to send in their paintings which they made collaboratively - ie, more than one person working on the same canvas.
